Bhujangasana aims to publish clearly sourced, human-reviewed guides that distinguish tradition, instruction, and evidence. The current site is an early draft: no named editorial author or qualified pose reviewer has been supplied, so pages state that review is pending.
How are sources used?
Sources should be linked and described for the claims they actually support.
- Prefer primary texts for textual claims and recognized public-health or research summaries for evidence and safety context.
- Name translators and editions where a text interpretation is discussed.
- Do not use a general safety reference as proof of a pose-specific clinical claim.
- Correct or remove unsupported claims rather than filling a page to meet a word count.
Who reviews the content?
Qualified human reviewers must be named before a safety-sensitive guide is treated as approved.
No author or reviewer roster has been provided yet. Current instructional pages are clearly labeled educational drafts and have not been signed off by a named yoga teacher or clinician.
How are corrections handled?
Material corrections should be recorded in the change history. Update a content-modification date when the text materially changes; update a review date only when an actual review takes place. Editing a draft does not count as expert sign-off.
A public corrections channel has not yet been configured. The contact page explains the current limitation; no report form or monitored email address is available on this site.
